Where do you make your products?

Enamel pin makers don’t like to give away their contacts, especially if they had a hard time finding them! If you want to make your own enamel pin badges I suggest doing your own research, but you can start with serious middle men like Made by Cooper or True Metal Works, which are the safest options to get started. Don’t hesitate to ask for quotes from different companies.
My enamel pin badges are made by a factory with a current up to date business licence which they can only obtain via stringent checks by the government. This includes that everyone is treated fairly, there is no child labour and that they do not exceed the maximum working hours.

Shipping & delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, everywhere in the world, for as low as 2,50€! You can calculate shipping costs on the cart page. Shipping is free worldwide if you spend more than 30€!

When will my order ship?

I try to ship everything within 3 – 5 business days, but it may exceptionally take as long as a week. Pre-orders can take up to a month. Check the product descriptions for more information.

When will my order arrive?

France (domestic) : 2-5 business days
Europe : 3-10 business days
Overseas : 2-9 weeks

I’m an international shopper, can you put the value under 15$ and mark it as a gift?

I know customs fees are a bother, but lying about the value of a package is a felony and I don’t want to go to prison. The customer is responsible for any taxes or fees that occur for international orders.

My order arrived damaged

Returns & cancellations

I’m not satisfied with my order, can I return it?

I try to make the descriptions as precise as I can (sizes, materials, colors), but if you end up not liking what you receive you can always return a product for a refund. Shipping charges for returns have to be covered by the buyer and won’t be refunded. Please read the description carefully before you place an order!

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your item hasn’t shipped yet, then no problem! Just send me an email. If it has already shipped there’s nothing I can do, sorry!
